Jerminal

If you like to use a shell instead of clicking on icons and dragging them around and opening and closing folders, you may want to take a look at this 100% Java windowed terminal and shell called Jerminal (I needed a package name to put all my source in, please don't flame me for using such a stupid name). You can run it from a shell or start it with a window that provides you editing capabilities (via emacs keys), scrolling, history, command and pathname completion (via the tab key), and much more. This is written under open source licenses so you can download it and do whatever with it.
