• 3 eggs
  • Onions
  • Smoked Gouda
  • Some meat (preferably proscuitto or bacon or both)
  • Half & half, whole milk, or heavy cream
  • Sugar
  • Butter
Whisk together the 3 eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar and some milk/cream.

Dice up some onions and smoked gouda.

Heat up a sauce pan and add some butter.

Turn the heat down to low and pour in the eggs.

Add the diced onions and gouda cheese.

Wait a bit for cheese to melt, then add the meat (pre-cooked).

When the eggs have mostly cooked, fold the omlette and give it a flip.
