- 3 eggs
- Onions
- Smoked Gouda
- Some meat (preferably proscuitto or bacon or both)
- Half & half, whole milk, or heavy cream
- Sugar
- Butter
Whisk together the 3 eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar and some milk/cream.
Dice up some onions and smoked gouda.
Heat up a sauce pan and add some butter.
Turn the heat down to low and pour in the eggs.
Add the diced onions and gouda cheese.
Wait a bit for cheese to melt, then add the meat (pre-cooked).
When the eggs have mostly cooked, fold the omlette and give it a flip.
Eat.
